Journal Four: Inauguration Speech Response

Roosevelt speech was a very good speech, He talked a lot about quiet a lot of good things that he will be bringing to his the country. By reading his speech you can tell what kind of person he was at the time. He did had some few quotes which I thought were good and help me understand what his plan for the country at the time was. When he said, "They have no vision, and when there is no vision the people perish." By him saying that, it leads me to know that he had a vision of making things better for the people. Then at the end of his speech he talked how its the government responsibility to give back to the people and not just take from them, that to me is supporting the vision that he had, and which was to work for the benefit of the people. I also like when he talked about the U.S constitution in his speech, I think the U.S constitution is what makes this counrty the best nation in the world, by mentioning the constitution, its like he was trying to remind the people of how great this nation is, and it should always continue to be a better nation and nothing is cabable of stoping that.
